That transition provided firsthand exposure to the recruiting process from the candidate’s perspective.

While the market was full of recruiters, very few offered the level of strategic guidance required to navigate it effectively. Most did not fully understand the internal dynamics of top law firms, including partnership pipelines, practice group positioning, and the factors that shape long-term career outcomes.

That experience led to a simple realization.
